Insurance Customer Support
£16-17K per annum
Barker Munro recruitment Ltd have a great opportunity to enter the Insurance industry for candidates with Customer service or call centre experience and with excellent communication skills.
We are supporting a large, expanding insurance company to recruit numerous additional staff currently and this role will give you the opportunity to work within the Claims department.
This role will involve taking reports of new insurance claims from our customers, or from third parties, credit hire companies, insurers and solicitors. Accurately record the information reported concerning the circumstances of the loss. To assess liability for an accident and offer advice and guidance to customers and contacting garages and suppliers.
