Purchase Ledger Administrator- 6-9 Month Temporary Role - Maidstone
Your new role
You will be responsible for the following:
* Look to improve processes
* Monthly reconciliations of supplier accounts
* Assisting with year end audit
* Allocation of Direct Debits
* Monthly and bi-weekly payment runs (Cheque & BACs)
* Deal with invoices
You will also be dealing with general purchase ledger tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
* Purchase Ledger Experience
* Be able to hit the ground running
