Qube Recruitment are one of the South East’s fastest growing agencies, an established award winning Recruitment agency providing temporary and permanent staff with various sectors including, commercial, construction, engineering, logistics and warehouse.

The purpose of the job will involve managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximise results and achieve peak performance levels.


The role:

Reporting directly to the Board, you'll be an experienced Billing-Manager, responsible for building profitable desks, winning and servicing new and existing contracts and supporting the Assistant Branch Manager and Recruitment Consultants to do the same!

Working closely with the Directors and the team to understand the needs of the business and the role, you will constantly be identifying new leads and headhunting potential clients and key accounts for our network.

You'll be a natural leader, guiding your team to build the highest performing desks, building a successful desk of your own and showing them how it's done!

We are a family here, so we want someone who is going to get involved with the team and push them all to achieve and exceed their goals.

You will carry out Monthly Performance reviews on all staff members - development and training needs can be discussed.

Organising marketing activities and events for the Branch and working with our Social Media team to enhance market awareness and the reputation of Qube Recruitment.

Working with Rec and understanding all applicable laws and regulations for the industry, working with our inhouse Compliance Manager for accreditation's and HR with regards to employees.

Working with the Board setting budgets and targets, managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives, meeting on a monthly basis to go through these and branch performance.

Ensuring that candidate customer service is the best it can be, we want people to know how much of a great company we are whether they are successful or not!

Networking, attending various events and exhibitions to gain a wide understanding of our competitors and what they are up to, so we can stand out from the crowd!

Continually expanding your client base by using Business Development techniques, Networking, Marketing and Lead generation.


Hours of work are 08:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday.

We offer 23 days holiday rising to 25 days after two years of service.
