This organisation is an exciting Financial Services organisation expanding their territory to the UK market.
Your new role
Your position will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO & wider business. Duties will include:
* Supporting CEO with calendar & meeting management
* Managing expenses on Concur
* Document and presentation preparation
* Correspondence/Email management - drafting emails and letters on behalf of CEO
* Office management
* Coordinating business development meetings
* Updating and managing CRM systems - Hubspot
* Event coordination
* Formatting and producing reports
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience within a PA or EA position within the Financial Services Sector
Live within a commutable distance of Brighton mainline station
Technology skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Concur and CRM system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisation skills
