Customer Service Advisor's needed ASAP in Dartford!



Salary- £21,700, with a Bonus of £1,500 a year

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm (No Weekends).

Our client is looking for an organised, enthusiastic person to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor in their office in Dartford, Kent.



Duties will include:

- Handling all emails and calls to the businesses generic accounts and escalating as appropriate

- Quoting for work

- Dealing with incoming enquiries.



Skills-



- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy

- Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and via email
