Job Title: Operations Administrator

Salary: £25-27,000 (plus benefits)

Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with the commercial team, production planning and warehouse to fulfil customer requirements and resolve any customer service issues

- Arrange transportation of all products to required destinations globally

- Keep customers updated on the status of goods in transit and to provide all product documentation

- Ensure the best method and cost of carriage for outgoing goods is undertaken and agreed with agents globally

- Responsible for the accurate production of all documentation and reports

- Ensure all despatchers both within and outside of the EU are exported following the correct legal and company procedures.
