Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the logistical aspects of the company's supply chain, including coordinating the transportation and delivery of goods, managing inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records of shipments. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and schedule transportation for inbound and outbound shipments
* Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and provide updates to stakeholders as needed
* Manage inventory levels and order replenishments as necessary
* Maintain accurate records of shipments, including packing slips and delivery receipts
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the transportation and handling of goods
* Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues and answer inquiries
* Assist with the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures
* Evaluate and recommend improvements to logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications:

* 2-3 years of relevant work experience in logistics coordination or a related field
* Strong proficiency with logistics management software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a high attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements for the transportation and handling of goods is a plus
