Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator (Sales order processor)

Salary: £23-24,000

Location: Whitstable



We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers through various channels, including telephone, fax, email, face-to-face, and written communication.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders while maintaining specific external responsibilities assigned by the Sales Office Manager.
* Build strong relationships with customers to deliver outstanding customer service and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Understand commercial pricing structures and liaise with Commercial, Product Group Managers, Procurement, and other supporting departments to build accurate pricing and lead times.
* Proactively follow up with customers to negotiate and secure sales opportunities

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in IT tools and systems, including intermediate level IT knowledge.
* Knowledge of commercial business and sales.
