Client Relationship Manager

Location- Islington

Salary £30K

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm



Our Client is looking for a client relationship manager, to work in their office



Main duties:

* Working on the various territories as directed by Sales Director to facilitate:

* Develop new Architect & Designer clients plus maintain and develop existing Architect & Designer clients within the territories assigned to you through investigation and intelligent approaches
* Obtain tile product specifications from your liaisons with new and existing clients
* Achieve targets set i.e KPIs or turnover
* Communication with clients verbally by Digital Teams/Zoom meetings, phone and electronically by emails
* Develop relationships with contractors to assure project tracked through to order
* Prepare sample requests information based on client conversations
* Writing technical specifications
* Learn all technical elements of products, tiling procedures/compliances for various situations, ancillary products and environmental concerns
* Understand and liaise with colleagues to obtain some of the above technical information specific to a clients enquiry
* Track all relevant specifications from instigation to the contractor placing the order
* One day per week alternating on sales desk or purchasing desk.
* Staff absence coverage for sales or purchasing desk
