Responsibilities:

* Monitor and optimise store operations to ensure efficiency, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling, security, and safety protocols
* Collaborate with the store manager and other supervisors to implement strategies for business growth and improvement



Requirements:

* Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment
