Customer Service and Fleet Accounts Executive Role Available

South Darenth

£27,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join our well-established client based in South Darenth. We are looking for a confident and extroverted customer service advisor with strong Fleet customer service experience to support both the Customer Service team and UK Fleet Contracts.

Key responsibilities include -

* Customer service
* Calls and Emails
* Creating excellent relationships with service Partners, and end users.
* Answering enquiries
* Supporting key UK fleet contracts
* Providing excellent customer service to existing and new customers
* Maintain core system (Navision and CRM) and other systems to ensure records are in order and are kept up to date.
* Understand and support new business initiatives

A Successful candidate will have:

* Business to business background
* Managing portfolio
* Versatile and willingness to learn.
* Enjoys a challenge.
* Fleet customer service experience
* Account management
