Entry level Technical Support Hybrid Role- 2 days in office 3 days WFH

We are currently seeking a talented individual with a genuine interest in Technology to fill the role.

As a member of our Technical Support team, you will have the exciting opportunity to provide exceptional technical support and service to our valued clients.

Your main duty will be to provide clients with counsel, support, and guidance while making sure that their needs are met and that their questions are swiftly answered.

* Previous experience in a customer service role

* Ability to Analyse, diagnose and resolve IT issues
* Experience with a range of hardware and applications
