Call Centre - Senior Agent

Working within call centre you will have primary responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations.



Main Purpose of the role:

* Assisting in the leading a team of Customer Service agents
* Help lead and develop teams to exceed customers expectations
* Assist with reports
* Assist in upselling the team



Knowledge & Skills Required:

* Experience working in a call centre environment.
* Understanding of training & coaching techniques
