The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through live chat and email.



Responsibilities:

* Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via live chat and email.



Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong attention to detail and a customer service-oriented mindset.
