Working with a housing association that covers Kent and Sussex who provide over 10,000 homes in 15 local authority areas. They have over 200 employees based in various locations and promote hybrid working.

As the Neighbourhood officer you will be responsible for the following

* The tenancy and estate management of general need properties including the day-to-day management of a defined number of properties.
* Ensure the effective management of empty properties by implementing pre-void inspections and new tenant sign-up.
* Undertake home visits and interviews to advise and resolve housing management issues.
* Undertake tenancy audits in accordance with KPI's
* Use a range of IT management systems effectively.
* Produce reports and maintain up-to-date records

About you

* Previous experience managing housing stock (desirable)
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, face to face and over the phone.
* Experience writing reports.
* Demonstrate achievements in dealing with cases of anti-social behaviour.
* Knowledgeable of housing policy and good practice in the sector
* Demonstrate resilience.
* Ability to analyse information and data.
* Driving licence is essential.
