Call Centre Team Leader

£36,000 + £3,000 bonus

Huntress are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader who has experience in a Call Centre environment.

Main responsibilities:

* Oversee the performance of the team
* Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team
* Effectively develop plans to hit the team targets
* Supporting individuals
* Ensuring continuous development of staff
* Motivate and inspire the team to reach and exceed targets
* Dealing with any complaints - both written and verbal
