Business Teacher

Are you a dynamic and experienced educator with a passion for business and entrepreneurship? We are seeking a dedicated Business Teacher to inspire and prepare our students for success in the fast-paced world of commerce.

Hays Education are looking for an experienced Business Studies teacher for a job in a GOOD rated Secondary School in Swale and other locations. This particular school prides itself on a respectful culture. This culture supports the ambition and education of students resulting in fantastic Progress Results in their most recent A Level and GCSES exam results.


Role and Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in business-related subjects, such as Business Studies, Economics, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
* Use a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, discussions, and real-world case studies, to enhance student learning.
* Stay up to date with the latest developments in the business world and integrate relevant industry trends into the curriculum.
* Mentor and support students in their academic and career aspirations, guiding them towards their future goals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, Economics, or a related field
* Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications. QTS
* Proven experience in teaching business subjects at the secondary or higher education level.
* Strong knowledge of business concepts, theories, and practices.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
