Based out of brand-new offices by East Croydon station, as part of a multinational group, the company has a competitive, fast-paced atmosphere that will suit an ambitious, progressive applicant. This is an office based role.

Your new role
This challenging role offers an exciting opportunity to study for your ACCA qualification (supported by the company) whilst gaining relevant work experience along the way. Reporting into the Financial Operations Manager this role offers the opportunity to fast track your career and challenge yourself on a daily basis. The role will give you exposure to varied duties, including:

* Management accounts process – including posting journals, Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Intercompany Reconciliations and parent group reporting
* Financial and Business analysis
* VAT, Corporation Tax, Dividend and Loan transactions
* Insurance cash management, working with the technical services team to ensure that insurance premiums are paid and reconciled on a timely basis
* Regular operational and financial reporting
* Audit preparation
* Statutory Accounts production

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a new graduate, with a 2:1 or above in a Maths, Science or Business related degree. You'll bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage your work load with multiple competing deadlines, and a strong attention to detail. This would suit a bright, energetic team player, with a willingness to go above and beyond. You'll need strong Microsoft Excel, and a plan to commute to Croydon 5 days a week as this is an office based role.
