Starting Salary £25,000 - £30,000 + free parking + excellent benefits

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for problem-solving? Do you have experience in debt collection and negotiation? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!



We are currently seeking a Collections Advisor to join our clients team. As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, communicating with customers to resolve outstanding debts, and negotiating payment plans.



The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Previous experience in debt collection is preferred, but we also welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop new skills
