Deputy Bank Branch Manager

Our client is looking for a new Deputy Branch Manager, to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with the Branch Manager to coordinate the smooth running of the Branch in respect of all required compliance, risk, operational and employee processes.



Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 (depending on experience) plus a discretionary annual Bonus opportunity of up to 12.5%.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and 2 Saturday mornings a month 9am to 12:30pm. (Time back in lieu would then be given during the week).



Responsibilities included are-

* Organising the branch at the beginning of the day to ensure adequate levels of cover
* Managing the end of day procedures to ensure all checks and controls are undertaken
* Embedding the Fit to Practice scheme alongside the Branch Manager
* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers for a customer centric approach
* Proactively managing employee issues that may arise



The successful candidate must have worked in a banking branch environment.
