Our Medway based client is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader from a call centre environment to join their team.

Main responsibilities:

* Oversee the performance of the team
* Ensuring team compliance with standards
* Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team
* Effectively develop plans to hit the team targets
* Supporting individuals
* Ensuring continuous development of staff
* Making complex decisions
