Customer Service Advisor Needed

Location- Maidstone

Salary- £22,000 to £25,000 (depending on experience)

Hybrid is Available after Training.



Our busy and growing client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit a new Customer Service Advisor to provide specialist customer support.



This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with lots of progression opportunities.



Responsibilities include:

Speaking to customers, dealing with inbound/outbound calls answering queries etc.

General administration duties.

Navigating the system, and data entry tasks onto the system.



The Ideal candidate:

Has experience within customer service role.

Great communication skills

Proactive and ability to manage a high workload.

Is keen to join a growing business with progression.
