Job Title: IT Network SpecialistLocation: Canterbury, Kent, United Kingdom
Job Type: 3-month Contract, Full-time.
Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable IT Network Specialist to help oversee the transformation of the company\'s IT networking infrastructure to a modern, resilient, cloud first and zero trust environment.
You will be evaluating our network's performance, collaborating with our IT team to increase network capacity, and overseeing network security.

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate the performance of our company's IT network and identify areas for improvement.
* Experience in Network disaggregation projects.
* Collaborate with our IT team to increase network capacity and optimise network performance.
* Oversee network security and ensure that our network is secure from external threats.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of our company's IT network.
* Provide training and support to end-users on network-related issues.

Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience of managing an IT network.
* Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
* Experience with HPE comvault switches, Sophos Firewalls and Aruba Access Points
* Experience in IT consulting.
