Part Time - 22.5 hours a week (Hours to suit yourself)

Location - This role offers the opportunity to work from Home/Remote or Hybrid depending on your needs. You must however live in Kent.

Our charity client is seeking a Head of Finance to join their This is your chance to lead strategic financial initiatives, foster team growth, and contribute to a cause that truly matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the CEO:
* Manage strategic finance matters, including monthly accounting, reporting, budgets, and annual finance planning.
* Lead and inspire finance teams, fostering their development and ensuring peak performance.
* Work closely with the wider senior leadership team, communicating and sharing insights on analysis, trends, and actions.
* Oversee day-to-day finance processes and monthly management accounts.
* Collaborate with the external auditor during the annual audit process and the preparation of audited accounts.
