Our client, an extremely reputable services business across Kent are looking to add an Purchase Ledger Clerk to their team in West Kent. This is a great opportunity for a proactive hands on individual.
You will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices
- Allocating payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with queries
Key skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, as well as using own initiative
- Self disciplined and efficient, with a proactive nature
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- At least 2-3 years experience in accounts payable or a related field
