Hays recruitment are recruiting for our client based in Dartford, as a production supervisor.
This is a six-month contract with the possibility of extending to a permanent contact.

Monday to Thursday - 08:30 - 17:00
Friday 08:30 - 16:00
1-Hour Lunch break
24 days holiday

Salary:
£26,000 - £29,000
Duties
- Helping the team understand performance targets and goals.
- Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles.
- Assisting and collaborating with Production Engineering to identify projects and to facilitate projects being completed to set deadlines.
- Providing reports and activity updates to management on a frequent basis, both verbally and via more formal reporting systems.
- Sharing company updates, financial results, and new objectives with team members.

Experience:
- A qualification in electronics would be preferred and a minimum of 1 year\'s experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
