Our client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis.

Duties and responsibilities include:

* Effective collection of overdue accounts daily by phone and e-mail
* Identify overdue accounts & ensure appropriate action is taken
* Responding to queries
* Provide clients with informed recommendations/options following failed amicable collection attempts
* Obtain full details of any dispute and fast-track to Client and/or Client Services as required
* Adhoc duties as and when required

Ideal Candidate:

* 2 years of prior experience in credit control
* Effective communication
* Negotiating skills
