Job Information

I am looking for an experienced HR Advisor for my client based in the Dartford area. This role would suit someone who is experienced in working in a standalone position and is comfortable to be the first point of contact for all HR queries.

To co-ordinate the HR employee life cycle process and be available to provide first line support and advice and guidance to managers and employees. This role will manage the full process of absence, disciplinary and grievance including minute taking supporting meeting and written relevant correspondence. You will be responsible for all HR Administration that is associated with the role.

Responsibilities:
-Ensure that completion of performance appraisals and performance management processes takes place
-Maintain and process employee data and monitor that employees are legally able to work in the UK and meet all UK Board Agency requirements
-Provide case management advice to managers on employee relations issues such as disciplinary,grievance and absence in line with Company Policies and Procedures
-Responsible for producing accounting period Stats and distribution to the Board
-Manage all requests in conjunction with the line manager on maternity, paternity, shared parental, and flexible working requests including arranging formal meetings
-Key liaison point between the business and Occupational Health, for pre-employment, fit for work medicals ensuring that invoices are paid and processed
-Responsible for monitoring the Recruitment Inbox and actioning as necessary

Who we are looking for:
-Proven experience working at HR Advisor level ideally previously in a standalone role
-Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
-Excellent organisational skills
-Acts as point of contact on all HR matters
-The post holder is expected to undertake research / training to enhance knowledge of HR, with particular emphasis on current and up and coming HR legislation
-Level 5 CIPD or working towards this will be essential
-A driving licence is essential for this role as there will be a requirement to travel between our offices
