Job Information

* The role of the HR Business Partner is to lead on small to medium sized people related initiatives or change programmes linked to the people strategy for that business. The role will span across departments to deliver people initiatives or be an HR lead for smaller projects.
* There are a number of reorganisations where we need help - when the OD is finalised, we need to make the reorganisation happen - assess people impacts, agree choreography and comms as well, agree approach to consultation and support the consultation, work with HR Ops to produce letters etc.
* The HR Business Partner will provide HR advice to the stakeholders, and work in partnership with the HR function to ensure effective delivery of strategic and operational HR services to the business line.
* To lead the implementation of small change initiatives as required - these could be people owned / driven initiatives or, as the HR work stream lead within a business led initiative.
* Support engagement activities across the function including the reporting of the results.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven HRBP experience gained within a large (1000 + staff) organisation.
Proven Organisational Development and medium to large restructuring experience.
Strong ER.
Able to start ASAP.
Basic DBS and other compliance checks will be required.

What you'll get in return
