An opportunity to join an established global, Lloyds accredited broking house. They are seeking to hire an experienced Non-Marine Claims Broker / Technician with working experience in the Lloyds/Company market. You will be responsible for the efficient progress of Property & Casualty claims from initial advice through to settlement.



Overview …

* Working closely with all areas of the business to provide a client focused claims service across direct and binder channels.
* Management of a designated claims caseload from beginning to end.
* Record, process and broke claims via ECF, email, phone and in the market
* Liaise with clients, adjusters, lawyers, TPA's and other third parties to ensure to progress of claims.
* Act as an advocate to represent clients' interests and negotiate on their behalf.
* Arrange claim collections and payments.
* Provide ad hoc reports.



Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Required …

* Knowledge of claims handling within a Lloyds / London Market arena
* Familiarity with ECF and MS Excel
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good Organisational skills
* Able to prioritise own workloads to ensure that deadlines are met
