Job Information

We are currently working in partnership with a highly acquisitive business based in North Kent who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:

- Leading the operational finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Implementation of robust financial systems, processes, and controls to support operational and strategic objectives
- Managing the monthly reporting cycle and identify areas for improvement
- Development of the existing team
- Preparation of external reporting including audited financial statements and reporting to external stakeholders
- Building relationships with non-finance functions to deliver improved reporting
- Work closely with the CFO to develop strategies for improved cost efficiency
- Support with preparation of budgets and forecasts

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with proven experience in a financial leadership role and strong analytical skills.
