We are looking to expand our technical team and would like to find a long term person to help us with IT and Telecoms technical support and projects/installations.

We are a small successful company, predominately looking after small to medium sized business and organisations with IT and Telecoms solutions and support. Most of our customers are in West Kent and East Sussex, with some in further parts of Kent, Sussex and a smaller number in London and the surrounding areas.

Our focus is on providing WOW FACTOR support.

Ideally, we want to find someone with Technical Support Experience that can help customers, mainly remotely, working from home, with IT and Telecoms problems raised through our helpdesk ticketing system. Ideally, the person will also be keen to visit customer sites and be involved in installation projects, although this element could potentially come later if appropriate.

We deal with a very broad range of products and services including, but not limited to Microsoft, 3CX, Gamma, Voiceflex, PAX8, Bitdefender, Acronis, DELL, Unifi, Draytek, TP Link, Apple and MAC products, networking and switches, structured cabling and fibre optics, internet connections, Cyber Essentials and security, servers and data migrations to Microsoft Cloud, disaster recovery and business continuity etc.

The person must have a full drivers licence. A company car is included as well as private healthcare and generous holiday allowances etc.

Ideally, the person should be living in and around Kent and Sussex.

There is ample opportunity to progress within the company with greater potential for earning and responsibility. Training will be provided as and when necessary.
