Sea Magik Marketing Manager

We are looking for a full time Marketing Manager, based at our head office near Goudhurst, Kent to support the scale-up of our mineral skincare brand, Sea Magik.
We are a 40-year-old heritage brand, just entering our scale-up phase. The environment is exciting and dynamic, much like a start-up, and you will be working at a fast pace across many projects, working closely with the senior management team.


Day-to-day requirements of the role:
• Work with our key retail and spa accounts to put together joint marketing plans and execution strategies.
• Write and execute 12-month marketing plan to include online and offline activities
• Work with our Digital Marketing Manager to manage branding and growth across all touch points - social, website, advertising.
• Work with leadership team to propose, plan and manage budget/investment.
• Manage new product development process from idea through to launch.
• Managing external marketing agencies, including briefing of design jobs.

Full job description

As Marketing Manager, you will have had at least 3 years' experience managing a successful marketing team. You will be passionate about embracing digital channels, as well as supporting growth of traditional retail channels. But beyond your experience, we're looking for the right personality to join our office family. Does this sound like you?

You'll be working in a small team in an open-plan, friendly office, set in the countryside near Goudhurst, Kent. Our office dog, Pedro, is quite often in residence for some petting if you are so inclined.
• You will report directly into Bev Stockdale, our General Manager.
• Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30 (office based)
• 20 days holiday (increasing annually) plus bank holidays and time off between Christmas and New Year
