Your new role

As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's credit and collections process.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payments
* Conducting credit checks and setting up new customer accounts
* Resolving payment issues and discrepancies
* Preparing regular reports on credit status and outstanding debts
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
